# Smstools

> Smstools is a European business-messaging platform for SMS, WhatsApp, voice and email-to-SMS. It combines web-based bulk messaging software with a REST SMS gateway API, webhooks, virtual mobile numbers, SIM hosting and a white-label reseller program. The customer platform runs at https://app.smstools.com.

Smstools operates localized websites across Europe that all share the same platform, API and account system (see Optional). Pricing is per message and varies by destination country. New accounts can be created for free at the register page and include test messages.
